How to lose weight through roti or chapati

Definitely we Indians loves chapati, now not only India in the whole world chapati is consuming …we always make chapati with wheat flour right?but here some twist is that to make weights loss chapati we have
Only two ingredients one cup of wheat flour and one cup of grated any vegetables like cabbage , beetroots, spinach,carrot. Take one cup of beetroot and one cup of fine grated cabbage or beetroot or mix both and add pinch of salt and make chapati and cook on tava or pan that’s it….and eat with any curry or sause it will be tasty and fills stomach and healthy with fibourous food
